What is your return policy?

You may contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to exchange it for an item of the same price. Or you may accept store credit for later use. There are NO REFUNDS on incorrect orders placed by customers. 

Please contact us before attempting to return an item, so that you may receive an RMA number.

We will cover return shipping costs for errors that are our mistake. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fee is $7.95 +$1 per item ordered. This amount will be deducted from their store credit amount. 

Orders that took advantage of our free shipping will be charged the shipping fee that was not paid if the item was not kept. Pulse did it's part by shipping the item ordered to the customer and they chose not to keep that item for whatever reason.

Please be aware that Pulse Designer Fashion has the right to reject (and not return) any item that does not meet this return policy.


How long will it take to process my store credit?

Return shipping usually takes anywhere from 5-15 business days, depending on the location and upon following all return policy guidelines. However, from our experience, we have found that using UPS usually results in faster delivery. We recommend sending your package along with a tracking number for your convenience. Once your item is received by our staff (usually within 4 business days after receipt), we will process your store credit and you will receive an update thru email.
