Shipping Policy

Product Processing Time:

For Handbags and Wallets: Usually ship within 24 hours after receiving payment.

For Perfumes: Usually ship within 2-3 days after receiving payment.

For Clothing, Shoes, Accessories and Beauty products: Usually ship within 14 days after receiving payment in the USA and 30+ day for International. 

 

 How much does shipping cost? 


Orders that are shipped within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) that total $75+ will, not including taxes, are delivered for FREE. All orders under $75 will have a flat rate of $6.95. There is an express shipping option for $26.95 that should be delivered within 3 to 7 business days. The arrival of items within the USA should take no longer than 14 days, as sometimes production is very busy. But if you need an item by a certain date please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. For Canada, shipping will be a flat rate of $19.95 and Orders to these destinations will arrive within 7-15 business days after your order is shipped. For all international countries, shipping will be a flat rate of $40. Orders to these destinations will arrive within 7-15 business days after your order is shipped and this greatly depends on the destination.



When will I receive my order?

Please be aware that each item in your order may ship separately.

Processing of orders can take up to 2 to 3 weeks, this is not the norm but can happen based on different factors. This may vary depending on different things going on such as promotional events, sales and holidays. We always do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. For standard delivery (based on your location) should be 7 to 10 business days after processing, Keep in mind there may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. For international orders, there can be delays because of customs.

Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and internationally will experience longer delivery times. Please also allow 1-2 additional days for shipping to rural ZIP codes and during peak shipping periods or promotional events. We really appreciate your patience.

If you have not received your order after 3 weeks please contact us immediately.


Can I change my order once it is placed?


Once your order is placed, we can accommodate changes to your order up until we ship it, however, we have a strict no cancellation policy. Please make sure before submitting your order that all your information is correct. We will not take responsibility for any incorrect information submitted after the item has shipped.

Once again, before ordering make sure that you understand and agree to this policy.

WE DO OUR BEST TO SHIP OUT ASAP, HOWEVER, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 1-3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. IF AFTER 3 WEEKS YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY TRACKING INFO. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE IN CONTACTING US.
